Each ultimate needs to be cancelled with an ability from another boss or the raid dies.
Pip and Aerwynn jump around the room and can't be tanked. Drag Urctos near them to cleave. Urctos has more HP than the other 2.

At 100 Energy, Urctos starts a 20s channel that deals massive ramping damage to the raid. If he finishes his channel, he (enrages) and kills you.
During his channel, Urctos can be turned into a duck to interrupt him. Have one player in duck form ready to (Preen) next to him to stop him.

Aerwynn's ultimate.
At 100 Energy, Aerwynn starts a 18s channel that deals damage to the raid, slows you and drags you toward her. If she finishes her channel, she (kills you).
The tank needs to make Urctos (charge) into her while she's channeling to interrupt her.

TO REMOVE THE SHIELD
Pip's ultimate.
At 100 Energy, Pip applies an (absorb shield) on the raid and starts a 12s channel. Stand in a flower until the (damage) removes the shield.
If players still have their shield when the channels finishes, they (start dancing and die).

Pip flaps his wings for 3s, dealing heavy damage to the raid and pushing it back.
Don't get pushed into flowers or polymorphed players.
Regularly, Aerwynn launches spears at players that poison them, dealing heavy damage and slowing them.
Dispell the poison.
When a boss drops to 1 HP, you have 15s to finish the other 2, or they get 30% HP back.
Kill all 3 at the same time. Urctos has more HP than the other 2.
